The topical use of Voltaren gel is indicated for:
To reduce the severity of the pain, swelling, or discomfort caused by the application of Voltaren gel, it is best to rub it on the skin once or twice a day for 5 minutes, then apply a small amount.
To apply the topical Voltaren gel: 1 or 2 times daily for 5 minutes, then wash your hands with soap and water. Rub this on the skin and clean and thoroughly apply.
To apply the long-acting topical NSAID, 1 or 2 times daily for 5 minutes, rub this on the skin for the first four hours of application, then apply a second time for four hours.
To apply the topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, 1 or 2 times daily for 4 hours.
To apply the oral NSAID, 1 or 2 times daily for 4 hours
To apply the topical ibuprofen gel, 1 or 2 times daily for 4 hours
